Booking acceptance

A booking is not final until availability, vehicle category, dates, driver details, payment terms and delivery or collection arrangements have been confirmed by the booking team.

Driver eligibility

Drivers may need to meet age, licence, endorsement, identity and address checks. Larger flatbed, dropside and specialist truck categories may carry stricter entitlement or operator requirements.

Vehicle availability

Fleet cards show representative truck categories. The exact make, model, body type, payload and equipment are confirmed before booking and depend on live availability.

Insurance, deposits and excess

Insurance arrangements, excess, deposits, permitted drivers and any own-insurance approval must be confirmed before hire. Cover does not automatically extend to every journey, load or driver.

Mileage and permitted use

Mileage terms vary by truck group. Courier use, commercial truck hire, European travel, one-way rental and unusually long journeys may require extra approval or different terms.

Delivery, collection and returns

Delivery and collection depend on address, timing, vehicle size and access. The customer remains responsible for accurate location details, safe access and agreed return arrangements.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, amendment and late-return terms should be checked before booking. Charges may apply where a vehicle has already been reserved, delivered, prepared or dispatched.

Final hire terms are confirmed during the booking call and may depend on the operating company, insurer, payment provider and vehicle supplier used for the booking.
